I am allergic to pollens – that was what I found out when spring started. But it is not something serious unlike others. Whenever I get out of the house, I will start sneezing and then sniffling comes next. And that is it. My sniffling would end after a few minutes.
I know serious allergies would go further to not being able to breathe and all. The husband knows people who have gone through serious allergic reactions. I am just glad I don’t have it. That would have been a big problem.
And I am glad my son is not having problems with it too. He gets sniffles from time to time, but that was it. I am so thankful for the good health!
Here I go again. Yes, I am having these dizzy spells which is something not really new and surprising to me because I have them every now and then. I woke up yesterday feeling dizzy and although I feel a lot better today, I am still not 100% okay.
I’ve been reading about the causes of dizziness and certain illnesses that have this kind of symptom, but the things that I’ve read were only making me confused. There were a lot of causes and I have no idea which one was the right one for me. Har.
Am I anemic? Or does it have something to do with my eyes? Whichever it is, I hope I’ll find the answers to my questions soon.
After suffering from colds and cough for a week, I can say, I am now totally a-okay! Yay! What a relief! That cough was my worst. I haven’t had that kind of cough in my 34 years of existence in this world. That was really awful. So awful that I had to use a nebulizer for the first time to relieve me from a congested lungs and difficulty of breathing. Whew!
Now I know how it feels to have tremors after using the nebulizer. I heard my brother mentioned about it before and now I know. I would have freaked out if I didn’t know about it beforehand. The feeling is not nice at all. I feel my muscles shaking and weak.
I’m just glad my ordeal is now over. Thank heavens!
My friend Charlotte who I’ve known since high school days sent me a private message on Facebook yesterday informing me that she’s now two weeks pregnant with her second child. She added that I am the first to know. Wow! Isn’t that sweet? I was really surprised by such a sweet gesture. We haven’t seen each other for years because she’s now living in a different city that is a thousand miles away from me. We only keep in touch online but not that often because we’re both busy with our lives; that is why that message really came as a surprise.
I am so happy for her and I can’t wait to see her baby, even if only in pictures when the time comes. That is unless she will pay her hometown a visit and come to see me. I replied to her message with best wishes greetings and congratulations. I also told her to take care of herself and not to forget to take plenty of prenatal vitamins which will keep her healthy and benefit her baby. I do hope I can see her soon. Well, we never know. Surprises come when we least expect them.
Mom’s health has not been stable lately and she sees her doctor almost every week now. She always complains of dizziness, headaches and stomach upsets and her blood pressure has not been stable either. I’m glad we have a wristech blood pressure monitor to help keep a check on her blood pressure.
Just this morning, she complained of a headache again. Her blood pressure was normal when she checked it so I just told her to take a rest. Maybe she’s just over fatigued because she’s the type who can’t stay still. Much to my surprise, she followed my advice to rest because she can be stubborn at times. Shouldn’t it be that moms are the ones supposed to be giving the orders? Looks like it’s the other way around now, huh? Go figure that!
I’ve talked previously about the need for colon cleansing. And guess what? I never thought that my friend had the same dilemma as mine. She called me last night telling me about having experienced stomach upsets lately not to mention bowel problems. Like me, at first she thought she had just ate something bad, but when it kept on happening, she knew it was more serious than that.
I told her to check this link: www.supplementing.com/supplements/colon-cleansers/. This could be the help she’s been needing. She said she’ll check it out ASAP. She better be if she wants to put an end to her dilemma.
